Initial sketches have produced and the team meets the Sherford consortium next week to present its ideas.

Sherford is a new market town being built on 1200 acres of farmland east of Plymouth between Plympton, Plymstock and Brixton.

The project is to produce an identity for the site that will eventually house 12,000, who will live, work, shop, and be entertained there.

Before the New Year the team devised the brand words and early concepts for Sherford, focusing on its rural yet connected location, and sustainable, community living.
